why Jiu-Jitsu and why fitness

To different levels of involvement, BJJ can be practiced by anybody regardless of gender or age. many people would like to enter the world of martial arts but fear injury or not being able to keep up the pace of hardcore training. That is why we created BBJ fitness.

Here you will get the body condition and basic skills you need to start practicing the fighting techniques. Once you are mentally and physically ready for more, and if you wish, we will recommend spaces (local and international) where you can go on and learn more of the amazing world of BJJ.
